How Long will it take?
The majority of products on the C.F. Peters website will be in stock when your order is placed. We aim to ship your order within two business days for all items in stock. C.F. Peters will notify you via e-mail on the day your order is shipped.
Any orders place via email or online on/during these observed holidays (including official observed dates) may incur additional delay:

How will I know that my order has been received?
As soon as you place your order an automatic e-mail response will be generated and sent to you. This will notify you and confirm your order number. Please mention this order number when inquiring or contacting us about your order for any reason.
No contract exists between you and C.F. Peters Corporation for the sale of any good until C.F. Peters Corporation has received and accepted your order, and C.F. Peters Corporation has received payment in full for all items in stock. By way of clarification, an acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
When will C.F. Peters Corporation debit my credit card?
We will only debit your credit card on the day the goods are shipped and not before.
In which currency will my card be debited?
All payments will be charged in U.S. Dollars.

All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices will be charged as shown on the site at time of order.
What if my music has been damaged in transit?
Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us. We will then decide the best action to take to ensure that you receive your replacement items.
What if I am unhappy with the goods received for other reasons?
We must be contacted either by e-mail or telephone within 30 days from date of invoice. Upon contacting us, we will then decide the best action to be taken for each individual problem. If accepted for return, all items must be in perfect resalable condition.
C.F. Peters Corporation will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payments secure, but unless C.F. Peters Corporation is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorized access to information supplied by you.
Orders shipped by UPS or FedEx require a street address for delivery; shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any local customs fees incurred; these fees are in addition to the UPS shipping cost. C.F. Peters has no association with these fees. In general, orders shipped via USPS Saver incur lower customs fees than orders shipped via UPS.
