Alzheimer’s Stories At Carnegie Hall

New England Symphony to Perform Cohen's Piece
The New England Symphony and the San Antonio Mastersingers conducted by John Silantien will be performing Robert Cohen’s Alzheimer’s Stories at Carnegie Hall on May 30 at 8PM. Alzheimer’s Stories is a commissioned piece by the Susquehanna Valley Chorale in which the stories of choral members relatives living with Alzheimer’s are told. It premiered on October 9, 2009 at the Weis Center for Performing Arts at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Since then it has received great praise and was most recently performed at Montclair State University in December 2015.
