The excellent pianist Steven Beck will be presenting a solo recital of works by Charles Wuorinen at John Zorn's East Village venue, The Stone, on January 10th, 2013.  Mr. Beck will be joined by the cellist Jay Campbell for An Oracle of Jasp.  The balance of the program will be devoted to solo piano repertoire including an American premiere.  This will be a rare opportunity to hear a virtuoso in an intimate setting for the bargain price of $10.00, and after the concert you can hit Katz's Deli for pastrami sandwich.
